Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Job Structure & Descriptions
o Write, review, and update job descriptions in partnership with managers.
o Maintain a centralized library of job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with career frameworks.
o Audit existing job descriptions and standardize language, structure, and competency alignment.
o Map roles across functions and departments.
Career Paths & Internal Mobility
o Build and maintain clear career paths across functions in Lattice.
o Define core competencies, skills, and behaviors for each level.
o Facilitate promotions and lateral moves; ensure visibility and equity.
o Prepare talent for internal opportunities and create succession plans.
Competency Development & Training
o Assess competency gaps across teams using career frameworks, performance data, and manager input.
o Develop and deliver internal training programs, and resources to close gaps.
o Align programs with career progression and collaborate with managers.
Compensation Framework
o Define market-aligned salary ranges per role/level.
o Link compensation to performance, skills, and career growth.
o Ensure internal equity.
Integration & Enablement
o Provide frameworks, tools and training for growth discussions and team development.
Other responsibilities
o Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on evolving business needs
Requirements
Technical Skills
o Bachelor's degree in any field
o 5+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, people operations, HR, employee experience, or a related field is a plus
o Experience with Workday, Lattice, survey tools and benchmarking platforms is a plus
o Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Portuguese is a strong plus.
o Having experience studying or working in different countries is a plus
