Job Summary | |||
The Human Resources Generalist, with limited supervision, is responsible for the successful management of Human Resources practices and policies for assigned groups. The area of responsibilities may include recruitment and employment, benefits, team member relations, Administer Human Resources activities such as recruiting, employment, benefits, team member relations and administration of Company policies and established practices. Additionally, this role supports Office Administrative duties for the Human Resources Manager, Plant Manager and production facility management. | |||

Education Requirements: | |||
Associates degree preferred. Bachelors degree in Business/Communication/Psychology a plus. | |||
